Ebenezer United Methodist chapel, on High Greave, appears on the Ordnance Survey between the 1920 and 1934 maps. This was the time when the rapid expansion of the surrounding area was most marked.
Ebenezer appears on the 1940 list of Methodist buildings where it is identified as a former United Methodist building, stone built, accommodating 300 on pews and with a Sunday school hall and 2 other rooms.
In 2023, the building still exists on the corner of High Greave Court. In 2011 it was a nursery, but in 2023 all signage has disappeared and its use is unclear.

The building was also in use in 1970, when the accommodation returns record Ebenezer, High Greave as having been built in 1926. It could seat 234 in the church and 100 in the Sunday school, who met in two classrooms.
There is strong evidence that Ebenezer was a relocation of Ecclesfield Methodist New Connexion chapel as that church ceases to be recorded once this one opened, and the baptismal records for Ebenezer, held by Sheffield Archives run uninterrupted from 1906 to 1998. Which also suggests that the church closed about that time.
Perhaps someone can confirm or deny these suppositions, tell us more about the building, with a good photograph?
The block plan and the image suggest a substantial and quite imposing building. It would be good to know more about its origins and how it was financed.
