Nottingham, Sycamore Road Methodist New Connexion school/chapel was built of brick in 1894 under a lease from Nottingham Corporation. It seated 200 and cost £950. By 1901 £918 had been spent on the original construction and the subsequent enlargement of the which seated 350.
In 1940 the chapel estate consisted of a chapel seating 200 on forms, a school hall and one other room.
