The United Methodist chapel on Prince Albert Street, Bordesley Green, first appears on Ordnance Survey maps between the 1887/8 and 1903 maps. By the 1913 map, the original chapel is labelled Sunday School and a new chapel has been built to the north of the original.
It was a substantial building. The 1940 Inventory of Methodist Buildings tells us that the building was brick built, seating 750 people on pews. In addition to the worship area and the Sunday school, there were 5 other rooms. In 1940, it was in the Birmingham (Small Heath and Washwood Heath) circuit.
Street View from 2008 shows that both chapel and Sunday school have been demolished and cars are parked on the site.
