South Barrow Methodist chapel

I have not found the origins of this United Methodist chapel but in the 1940 Buildings list it is included in the Somerset Mission of the Bristol District. It has no hall but there is one room in addition to the chapel itself. The chapel had pews to seat 85. On 2nd March 1986 it was Grade 2 listed along with the attached house; both are stone built as shown in the enclosed photo. It ceased to function as a chapel early in the 21st century and was sold for £157,000 in 2004. In April 2023 it was again on the market.
