Mirfield, East Thorpe Lane MNC Chapel was built in 1835. In 1851 it provided no free and 262 other sittings and standing room for 40. It was probably closed when a new chapel was opened in 1878. Could it have been repurposed as the Sunday school building which stood behind the new chapel
