The Park United Methodist chapel in Tipton appears on the Ordnance Survey between the 1901 and 1913 maps – as does Binfield Road.
It is recorded in the 1940 Inventory of Methodist Buildings published in 1940. It was brick-built and small, seating only 150 people on forms, with only one room in addition to the main hall. In 1940 it was in the Oldbury circuit.
Street View in 2022 shows the building still in existence, sandwiched between Victoria Road Surgery and Kanzul Iman Central Jamia Mosque. In fact it was an active Methodist society until sold by auction in September 2024.
