At the eastern end of Parsonage Street is a former Methodist New Connexion chapel. In 2020 it is still recognisable, in use as part of Steel and Alloy Gonvarri Steel Services.
It was a relatively small chapel. The Inventory of Methodist buildings published in 1940 describes it as seating 175 people on forms. In addition to the main hall there was a Sunday school room and one other room. It was brick built and in 1940 was part of the Oldbury circuit.
The chapel is marked on the 1902 Ordnance Survey map.
