Tividale Methodist New Connexion chapel was on the northern side of Dudley Road West, at the junction with Upper Chapel Street.
The Inventory of Methodist Buildings compiled after Methodist Union in 1932 and published in 1940 describes it as brick built, with seating for 270 people on pews. There were 3 Sunday school rooms and 3 other rooms. In 1940 it was part of the Oldbury circuit.
The chapel appears on the 1885 Ordnance Survey map, along with two other buildings of roughly equal size. On the 1902 map, one towards the rear of the site is labelled as Sunday school. By the 1938 map, the Sunday school has been enlarged.
The chapel has been demolished. Street view shows large modern houses on the site.
