Fazeley United Methodist Free Church chapel

Lichfield Street, Fazeley, Tamworth B78 3QN

Fazeley United Methodist Free Church chapel is right by the junction of the Coventry canal with the Birmingham and Fazeley canal, separated only by Watling Street. The red brick  building caries its 1884 opening date and United Methodist Free Church origins in a carved stone plaque.

In 2025 it is in use as 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments.

The chapel is included in the 1940 publication of the Inventory of Methodist Buildings carried out after Methodist Union in 1932.  It is described as brick built and seating 200 people on pews.  In addition to the main hall there was a Sunday school room and 2 other rooms.
