Kimberley Methodist New Connexion Chapel, Nottinghamshire

Kimberley Methodist New Connexion Chapel was built in 1830. In 1851 it provided 120 free and 73 other sittings. It was situated in a lane running south from High Street, roughly where Dale Road now is and was a small rectangular building with two smaller buildings attached. Around 1899 it ceased to be used as a Methodist place of worship having been replaced by St Paul’s Chapel in High Street, qv. was demolished shortly afterwards.
