The Wesleyan Reform Chapel on Holywell Road, Youlgreave is dated 1857 and has a gabled front with rusticated quoins and lancet windows with wide external splays.
- The 1st edition 25″ OS map c. 1880 shows a Chapel on Holywell Road, Youlgreave.
- The 2nd ed. OS map c. 1900 identifies that the chapel and school have been extended or rebuilt.
- The chapel is still marked as in use on the 3rd ed. OS map c. 1910.
Examination of modern maps identify that the building has had some modern alterations but in 2022, services were still being arranged in the chapel.
