Green Moor, Providence was built in 1906 to replace Green Moor Methodist New Connexion chapel (i) By 1940 there was a stone-built chapel which seated 225 in pews, a school hall and three other rooms. The circuit website shows a modern extension to the chapel and confirms that the premises continue to be used as a Methodist place of worship
