Long Eaton United Methodist Free Church Chapel (i) was built as a place of worship by the Wesleyans but as a result of the disruptions of the ensuing decades it passed to the United Methodist Free Church.
It was demolished in 1883 to make way for a new chapel. The chapel occupied a prominent position on the east side ot Market Place.

Long Eaton Wesleyan Reform chapel was built in 1830. In 1851 it contained 80 free and 135 other sittings. In 1883 it was replaced by the much larger Mount Tabor Chapel in Market Place, qbv.
