Dinnington United Methodist Church chapel and school were built of brick in 1911. In 1923 the chapel seated 320. Two rooms behind the chapel, which each seated 80, were used as a school The total building cost had been £1550. In 1940 the accommodation consisted of a chapel which seated 240 and two school halls
