Higham United Methodist Free Churches chapel and school

Higham UMFC chapel and school were built of stone by John Smedley of Matlock in 1858. They were conveyed to the UMFC in 1883. The chapel seated 160. In 1923 the cost of construction was stated to have been “At least £600”
