Cotmanhay UM chapel (ii) was built in 1867 to replace Cotmanhay UM chapel (i). It was enlarged in 1913. In 1923 it seated 500. The original construction, alterations and extensions had cost £1400. The school which seated 400 and cost £1200 was built in 1877. Three vestries wase built at unknown dates and three more in 1906
