The Wesleyan Methodist Association chapel in Ruan Minor opened in 1836. It was replaced in 1888 by a new chapel, now for the United Methodist Free Churches. This was the building selected for use when the former Wesleyan and United Methodist chapels came together, and it is still in Methodist use today.
