Pentrich Wesleyan Reform chapel, Derbyshire

Pentrich Wesleyan Reform chapel was built in about 1790 by the Independent who, in 1851, were letting it to the Wesleyan Reformers. It had 40 free and 80 other sittings and standing room for 30.
