Gunnislake UMFC chapel and schoolrooms were built in 1878. They were designed in the Gothic style by Messrs L Knight and Sons of Gunnislake and built using Cornish granite and blue and white vitrified brick from the neighbourhood. The building cost £1100 and seated 360. The contractor was
