Glentworth United Methodist Free Church chapel was designed by Mr Whitton of 7 Tentercroft Street, Lincoln, architect, and built in 1880. The contractor was Mr Hobson of Hogsthorpe. The chapel seated 150 persons and cost £430.
In 1940 the chapel seated 160 in pews and there was a school hall. The chapel had closed by 1970.
Streetview shows a brick building with a central entrance flanked by two Early English lancet windows. There is a circular window in the gable above. The brickwork above the entrance is arranged in a diagonal parquet pattern. The building is now called The Old Chapel and appears to be in residential use. It is situated on the south side of Kexby Road near its junction with Hanover Hill
