The Methodist Historical Society of Ireland has been developing a master list of former and existing Irish Methodist churches, chapels and preaching houses. You can see it here:

It currently consists mainly of Wesleyan chapels but does include a number of Primitive Methodist, New Connexion and United Free Methodist chapels. The individual chapels have been added to this site. and the My Primitive Methodists site .
