    Durham Colliers and West Country Methodists: the story of the Bible Christian Mission in County Durham (1995) has a section on BC expansion.
    O’Bryan’s Hymns: A New Look at the 1824 Bible Christian Hymn-book and its later revisions Oxford: WHS Publications 2006)
    For BC Ministers see Oliver A Beckerlegge United Methodist Ministers and their Circuits London Epworth 1968 gives a complete list of ministers and their circuits.
