Rastrick Crowtrees United Methodist Free Church

Thanks to Bob Marsden for the picture of the old Methodist chapel on Crowtrees Lane, Rastrick.

The chapel dates from 1877 and on the 1888 Ordnance Survey map is marked as a Free United Methodist chapel. In 1907 this was one of the groups that joined to form the United Methodist church, before all the Methodist groups joined in 1932.

Bob tells us that the chapel was pulled down in the late 1960s
