Mount Zion Methodist New Connexion chapel in Upper Brockholes was built in 1815. It is a single storey building with sandstone walls and stone slate roof
The interior was refurbished in 1881 with radial seating focused on pulpit, by Leaming and Leaming architects of Halifax.
It is set back from Per Lane road in its burial ground which was early C19 and later headstones and tomb slabs.
It is a grade II listed Building and you can read about its listing here.
