Hull, Beverley Road, Stepney (ii) Methodist New Connexion Chapel, Yorkshire

Beverley Road, Stepney (ii) Methodist New Connexion Chapel was built to replace Beverley Road, Stepney (i) Methodist New Connexion Chapel. By 1901 the estate consisted of a chapel and a schoolroom. The land buildings and enlargements had cost £5140 and the organ a further £250. There was seating for 550 in the chapel and for 250 in the schoolroom. In 1940 the chapel was reported to seat 540 in pews. There were three schoolrooms and four other rooms. The chapel has since been demolished and replaced by modern buildings.
