This is a Cornish card, Bedford Road Methodist New Connexion Church St Ives which began as a breakaway from the Wesleyans in 1831 and became the Teetotal Wesleyan Methodist Denomination. Eventually they joined the Methodist New Connexion by the time this postcard picture was taken.
I was minister here for 9 years, happy time.
