The former Victoria Road Methodist Church in Camelford began life as a Bible Christian chapel. It is marked on Ordnance Survey maps of 1883 and 1907, although the precise building is not clear.
Street View shows a building with the datestone – “Bible Christian Sunday School 1885 – Bethel”. Jo Lewis suggests that the chapel is the larger building to its left, with the manse next to that.
The manse was the birthplace of Samuel Pollard, son of a Bible Christian minister who became a minister himself and a missionary to China. You can read about Samuel on this site here and on the Camelford Methodist church website here.

The building next door is apparently the manse, where the missionary Samuel Pollard was born. It is a listed building, and a description may be found here https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1143565
